Okay guys and gals in the know---please explain what will likely happen to this 'property' if this doc is found guilty of the charges....basically,the 7/7/08 Wall Street Journal listed almost 2 full pages of hundreds of---GOLD US COINS (ex.1855 gold dollar-1912 gold indian),plus gold coins from MANY other countries. Many, many other RARE coins (1865 copper 2 cent piece)[over 2 full pages of tiny print listing this guys(drug money ?) collection].And, the safety deposit boxes were FILLED with sports stuff (rare baseball cards---1963 Yogi Berra/Ted Williams Joe DiMaggio) and on and on.Anyone who wants to read this should take along a mag glass, because the print is so small. This is totally unreal....he is a treasure hunter of another sort...

Anyway, what will happen to these items if he is found guilty ? How long does this usually take for the selling of such valuable items ? Am also curious if the local cops get the spoils or how things like this usually turn out......doctors name is ROSAIRE MICHAEL DUBRULE DYERBURG,TN
Interesting to google for the details of this guy---and could be that the wife was also charged.

Drug seizures and forfietures are "property" of the DEA, an arm of the US government. All property is sold at public auction at the end of each quarter AFTER the property is converted to public ownership.

A usual sales outlet is bid4assets.com who brokers all the cop seizures of land, vehicles and property. A call to the DEA will tell you who they use. siegfried schlagrule

I live in Dyersburg, Tn and ive never heard of this fellow. Now I know why he is from Tiptonville, Tn a total different county. Dyersburg has a bad rep as it is lol.
