I was only in 8th grade at the time of September 11 2001. I remember I stayed home from school Because I had poison ivy everywhere from playing man hunt the weekend before. For whatever reason (I do not know why) I saved the newspaper from September 12, 2001. My mom had bought the newspaper (RIP) and for whatever reason I kept it. It's now framed and hangs on my wall. I took a front and back picture but it is pretty fragile to open the whole news paper.

Sorry for the sideways pictures not sure why that happened

We worked in Fred Phelps offices in Topeka for a few days just after the towers came down down. I remember his daughters laughing and joking about the people jumping out the windows and how they said they were "stupid" and "so pathetic" and "idiots".
It was the joke of that lawyers office for the entire day with the jumper pics and I had a hard time believing the evil in that family. What sick people and a sick family! I was glad to get that job over with and get outta there.

I studied Fire Science in college and still don't get how 2 airplanes took down 3 skyscrapers.

Sooo many unanswered questions....

Please remember to keep all posts about the newspaper and the day, do not turn it political by bringing in any political or government conspiracies.
