Sequential Dollars With Postage Stamp/ Post Mark

I have seen bicentennial two dollar bills that were stamped and post marked but never one dollar bills. I saw these three bills for sale at a coin shop. The owner couldn't tell me anything about them so I purchased them in hopes that they may have some special worth. They are in mint condition. They are all post marked Monroe La 71203 OCT 24 1998 USPS. Series 1995, serial numbers are H 24838241 E, H 24838242 E and H 24838243 E.
The stamp reads "Happy New Year 32 USA, a word i cant read and a tiger on it. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
