Sequential serial numbers

Hey all I got a chance to buy 40 consecutive serial numbered 5 dollar bills, was wondering if they are worth buying? Are they worth more then the 200 dollars I will be paying for them? Thanks for the help.

they're worth what you're paying, 200 dollars.
they're not worth anymore than that, because if you go the bank and request new bills, they'll normally be sequential

Thanks sniffer, could have got them for face, but talked to the guy at the coins shop where I buy my coins and he said the same thing. Thanks for the help.

Really depends on what series they are and what serial number block. Some of the older series or smaller print runs do have a pretty substantial premium.
