Hard to see from the pictures but it has blue speckles almost like metal flake in Automotive paint.

More Information. Did a scratch test with a knife and it scratches easily. Fingernail does nothing. Looking for my piece of unglazed porcelain to do a streak test with.

When you enlarge the very first pic, the "blue speckles" can be seen to be tiny bubbles, like you might find in glass slag or obsidian.

I'm not saying I think it's either of those--it's just an observation.
