The Catacombes in Paris was my favorite stop during a month of traveling, 2 million skeletons deep under ground. Initially pretty freaky, but after a half hour hike of pure bones it becomes quite peaceful as seen in the smile from my youngest. No souvenirs taken here.
I did not have my detector with me, but am always looking down nowadays.

One find was actually 925 silver, made my day hiking into the surrounding mountains of Salzburg.

Finally back today and stopped at my favorite recent spot on the way home to do some digging.

Favorite finds are the engraved heart piece and the Indian princess ring.

Anyone know why an IHP style ring would have Cuba vs Liberty? This site is on the 1860 map and was occupied til the 1970’s.

I believe this is a button from the 1920’s off a heavy rain jacket.

The mother of pearl pocket knife is pretty interesting mainly due to it being the first engraved knife I’ve found.

Thanks for looking and good luck out there!
