Full year #2 has just wrapped up with 2019 coming to a close. I'd call it a good year, with many personal 'firsts' and quite a few standing records being broken. My search volume also went up pretty dramatically and I'd expect it to rise some more in 2020 as my available funds increase. I of course know that I'm still pretty new to all this; records will get harder to break in coming years and many of the 'firsts' are via expanding into searching new denominations.
A quick look at my stated goals for the year (from the 2018 totals), then some eye candy, then some statistics.
""As far as goals, my current "record" for Indian head cents is one in 2017, zero in 2018. 2+ in 2019, perhaps?""
---- I didn't really expect to meet this one, but it happened! Three Indian heads from 2019 (one beaten almost beyond recognition, but it counts!)
""I'd also very much like to get my hands on my first silver quarter from a roll.""
---- This was an 'easy' goal, I figured it would be inevitable if I searched enough quarters. Ended up with several silvers throughout the year.
""The current wheatie record stands at 179, beating that this year would be a good day indeed.""
---- Unfortunately, no dream boxes in 2019. 179 record still stands.
""We just barely missed 1,000 Wheaties in 2018, I'd love to hit that mark for 2019.""
---- Again, no dream boxes in 2019. So, despite increased search volume, I actually ended up with a few less Wheaties than 2018.
Some of the most notables from 2019: First V nickel (1911), 3 Indian heads (1895, 1903, 1906), and a proof collection dump near the middle of the year that resulted in almost three dozen proofs across three denominations (including a 1976 commem silver quarter proof).

And for those of you who enjoy the blocks of statistics and numbers:
About halfway through the year I decided I wanted to break 100 boxes searched for 2019.
110 boxes of pennies (275,000 pennies, $2750 searched):
(85 boxes last year)
(lifetime: 205 boxes, 512,500 pennies, $5125)
Copper Culled: 40,446 (14.70% or about 1 per 7 coins) (lifetime: 72,926)
(29,382 last year)
Standing record (this year-2019): 849 (#174)
A slightly better percentage/rate than last year. Better than doubled the lifetime count. The three 650+ boxes may account for most of the percent difference.
Wheaties Harvested: 845 (1855 lifetime) (about one per 325, or ~7.68 per box)
(955 last year)
Wheaties worst box: 0, Wheaties best box: 61 (#113)
Standing record (2018): 179
Notables: 1909, 1910, 1912D, 1916D, 1922D
Both a lower total count and lower 'per box' than 2018, largely courtesy of 2018's dream boxes. Despite searching more boxes. Second best year overall (higher rate than 2017)
Indian Heads Gathered: 3 (4 lifetime)
Managed to beat my 'Indians per year' record; one of my 2019 goals. Years 1895, 1903, 1906.
Canadian Leaves Raked: 818 (1,476) (About 1 per 336 coins or ~7 per box)
(585 in 2018)
Canadians worst box: 0, Canadians best box: 25 (#182)
Notables: 1937, 1939, 1940, 1943
More total Canadians, and found them more frequently than last year. Higher rate than 2017 also, making it my best year on record.
A few charts for the interested

53 boxes of nickels (106,000 nickels, $5300)
I stopped counting 2004's, 2005's, and 2009's.
935 pre-1960 (one per 113.36) (best: 50)
83 Canadians (about one per 1277 or one per box) (best: 6)
30 war nickels/silver (about one per 3533 or one per 2 boxes) (best: 3)
11 buffalos (about one per 9636 or one per 5 boxes) (best: 1)
Additionally, I got my first V nickel (1911).
This was my first real year for nickel boxes, so I'm not going to compare them to the 2 (two) boxes I got in 2018.
Dime and Quarter Boxes
1 dime box (2500 dimes)
2 silver
4 quarter boxes (8000 quarters)
2 silver (1 per 2 boxes)
3 W mint (almost 1 per box)
CWR highlights
$80.29 pennies (8,029 pennies): nothing noteworthy, scattered average date Wheaties.
$139.15 nickels (2,783 nickels): 1 war nickel, 1 buffalo
$622.10 dimes (6,221 dimes): 1 silver
$5031.00 quarters (20,124 quarters): 3 silver, 4 W mint
$368 halves (736 halves): 3 40% silver
Final thoughts/goals:
I'd definitely call 2019 a better year overall than 2018. Wheaties were lower than I might have liked, but I more than made up for it with Indian head pennies and getting into nickels. I'm not sure how my dime/quarter/half silver rate compares, since I don't really search them much, but I'm certainly happy to be finding any.
Looking forward to 2020, I'd still like to break 1,000 Wheaties for the year. I've also never found a 90% silver half; that would make a good day. I've also never found more than one buffalo nickel in a box. Lastly, I'm only missing 5 nickels for my Jefferson set, I'd like to see that set finish in 2020. If I manage to break a few more personal records throughout the year, even better.
