Shipping Surcharges Fedex/UPS

Looking into all of this UPS shipping stuff made me realize that I had forgot FedEx postal costs are listed as "an estimate only". Where can I see what I actually paid for the label so that I can use that to calculate profits? Is the eBay invoice values for those labels correct?

Yeah, it looks like I've been getting slaughtered on some of my shipments with FedEx. Label will show like $20 when I print it and they'll end up charging $46. I'm not very happy, I can't believe I forgot about that
