Short introduction about this video and this shipwreck.

"The Phönix Shipwreck Project - Leitin að Póstskipinu - Phönix 1881" is ongoing underwater research project. Ss Phönix sank in January 1881 in Snaefellsnes, Iceland. In april 2009 the wreck was discovered, after 130 years in the bottom of the sea. The search took 3 years by the divers, Arnar Egilsson, Eggert Magnússon and Eiríkur Jónsson. Underwater archaeologist Magnús A. Sigurðsson is leading the project.

Yes Darren you are correct.

And hopefully we can post something more soon. But the dive season here is coming to an end for this kind of research and this location.
