Short Hunt = Silver And Very Nice Relic

[schwabie16]

Only got out for about an hour today to finish detecting a house I started a few days ago, and was still able to pull out a '64 Washington, 5 wheats, and a 1916 dog tag from my county!

I love old dog tags. That's a nice oldie! Congrats on a great find ... the silver and wheats are cool too.

They are nice finds.I have never found one that old.Always neat to find something old stamped with the place you are from too!The one's I have found where mostly 40's 50's.The most early one I found is in the 30's.Good results for a hour, probably some good silver laying around there,or who knows what else.gl

Thanks you guys. Sometimes the junk pieces of copper turn out to be nice relics like that. GL and HH.
