short hunt today in Jackson nets a couple of keepers

hit the front yard of a house in the city the belongs to a friend of mine. hunted for about an hour then the rain started up, has a big side lot and back yard that will be fun next time. Did manage a nice looking Indian, a merc, a few wheats and a ring.

Wow bud, nice indian there, looks like it was dropped that year! Nice old silver too. I got out for an hour in Rives, ground is waaaaaay too saturated here; dig a hole, fills up faster than I can keep up, still scored a few wheats and a nice '29 merc. D
