Visited 13 banks in 5 towns (4 were one bank towns). Haven't been through this area in 2 months, and it reloaded nicely.

At one of the first banks I stopped at, they had $300 in halves. As I was unrolling them, I couldn't believe what I was seeing... 30 solid rolls......... of bicentennials... And they were all in the sealed shotgun rolls too, a first for me. :icon_scratch:

At the very next bank... the teller was counting out all of the halves from the machine when she made a comment about a guy bringing in a bunch of silver ones. Holding in my excitement, I asked if he had brought any other coins in. She said he paid for his lunch with them, and the restaurant cashed them in at the bank. Between the guy, restaurant, and bank tellers, I can't believe nobody wanted them, so I gladly took them :laughing7:

Total was 9 90%ers and 5 40%ers :hello2: ...talk about an expensive lunch!

Word travels fast and most tellers CRH too.. except the ones who just don't care( about free money)
Maybe they are the ones storing up their treasure in heaven :icon_sunny:

They probably are :icon_sunny: Most of the tellers around me that don't care about silver are usually very nice. I have had 3 different tellers hand over a Franklin no problem, one even pointed out to me that it was silver. Of course, I have also found some of those mean tellers that give you 'that look' and say they picked all the good stuff out...

Way to go SyryS!!! :hello2: Now you get to have an expensive lunch!!! :laughing7:

HH,

$ilver$urfer :hello:
