In the first video, the kid describes his first attempt at hunting. He has skunked on a $500.00 box of halves but found a nice, shiny 1971D. (Im not sayin' anything)

I'm tired of him talking about it. Had to turn it off. Nothing he said, I didn't know about. He needs to be realistic about the rate of skunks now a days. Skunks are very common now. He needs to discuss that. Everyone here talks about their great finds but other than Silvercop and a few others, not everyone posts about their skunks. I've been skunks for like 4 straight weeks. It's enough for any new person to quit let alone a veteran. It's great we hear the encouragement from dream boxes or bags but the realistic aspect of this needs to be disussed more often as well.

Should have done my last 2 boxes, one netted a RYKO Car-wash token and the other a 1986 Statue of Liberty half. Granted, it is my first ever commemorative, but it is clad.

Thanks for your post ScoobaSteve - we should all be reminded from time to time that we need to keep quiet about CRH less we ruin it for ourselves (except on this forum of course). What Tyler Durden famously said about Fight Club rules can be applied to CRH as well!

"The first rule of CRH is: you do not talk about CRH. The second rule of CRH is: you DO NOT talk about CRH!"

In closing one of my best buddies in high school liked to say: "Always be the man, but never be that guy!!!"

Just got on youtube and watched the CRH videos. What are these Einsteins thinking? Just more proof on how shallow the gene pool is getting.

If I had just stumbled upon those youtube videos and knew nothing about CRHing, I'm pretty sure I would not try CRHing. If anything, that dude showed how discouraging/time-consuming the hobby can be w/ little to no reward. But, yeah, posting CRHing on youtube isn't a good idea.

Posting your CRH "Epic Fail" on Utube is a great idea, imho. This guy is a brilliant actor I must say. Anyone who sees this is bound to say "Naw, dont want to waste my time with CRH." B E A U T I F U L ... and pure genius. I think everyone on the CRH forum needs to get on Utube and post their own "CRH Failure" "CRH doesnt work!" "Dont waste your time with CRH" video.

I agree with Randy

This video needs to go viral.

It is the best advertisement NOT to start CRHing.

He got a big skunk, it took 1.5 hours of his time and now he has to figuer out how to cash them in. If I saw this I would be discouraged from starting.

I forced my self to finish part 1 and could only take a minute of pt 2 so my comments ony refer to pt 1.

Yeah.. will someone please post a Youtube video on CRH failures.. Hey, I've been skunked for the last 4 weeks... does anyone know how much time I invested driving to pickup, sort, dump? That or please write comments on the guy's youtube video, telling him how you've been skunked too.
