Your picture is upside down.

The way I read it could be silver, London, date, sovereign but no maker marks.

The larger spoon has what appears to me to be the makers mark. But its fuzzy and I can't make it out.

I'd research it before deciding to scrap it. It also looks like it's monogramed. The sugar nips (tongs) should also have hallmarks in the interior.
It would be fantastic if they were Bateman.
