Show and Share treasure Displays

Hi. I'd love to see how everyone figures out creative ways to display your treasures and finds without altering their authenticity . I hate putting them away in drawers, the things I've found, instead of having them out to enjoy. I could use some ideas for axe heads, blacksmith chisels, old farm tools. I've got an outside tbing I'm working on, if I finish, I'll post.



Silverware ... Dug up. Plates ... Yard sale , shelf.. Was 70's looking polyurethane horror.

Pulley n hook ... Finds in my yard.. Maybe I'll hang a plant on it

Couldn't add the last ones to my existing post.The little girl in the picture is my mom. Canteen and tin plate and mug are in a cabinet in the formal living room we never use,lol.Attachments not working right,doh!

I liked the pic alot to. I love old pics i even have displayed ancient pics of people I don't know... Lol

I think your displays are great.

I too, would love to spread my meager kept finds around also. But for some reason, my loving bride of almost 28 years doesn't see it quite the same way.

So the response from the men, (at least this one), think your creative flair for displaying is awesome.

I've learned that some people have the knack, or flare, for decorating. I do not have it, but you truly do. I really like the way you used your finds and displayed them and used them in your decor! Are you for hire?

Sure if I could get paid for it great... Lol.. But sadly it's my own junk I seem to be able to arrange. I go by a feeling.. Hard to explain... It's not rational and thought out. I try to help out family n friends .. And I brain fart.. Lol. Now show me something and I might be able to tell you what to do with it.

Edit* Let me rephrase that . Show me a RELIC and I might be able to tell u what to do with it... Lol ( ya got to be clear these days)! :0

Holly maybe we can get the Administrators to start a whole new forum so you can post your decorating pictures and ideas. They could call it "Holly's Home Decorating with Junk". Everyone could post, ideas, pictures and stories about garage sale, flea market finds, family heirlooms and the like. So then you'd have your own place to talk all about decorating, with your quote "junk" and the thread wouldn't get lost in all the threads in the "Metal Detecting Forum". What do ya thing Admins can we get Holly her own Forum ?
