Has anyone ever tried to use one of these as a small dredge pump? 45psi at 210gph. Would it work?

210 gallons per hour or per minute?

Per hour, it's a high pressure fountain pump. Good for a miller table or 3-4" sluice.

Per minute, it's a dredge pump.
