Me and MY Columbia before it went down. It's in the OPF3 (orbiter processing facility) getting prepped for flight. The next step is to take it to the VAB (vertical assembly building) to be strapped to the external fuel tank and those two big roman candles for launch.

I toured the center when they were shooting the Apollo missions. And I worked for a company that helped solve with the o-ring seal problem after the Challenger tragedy.
