Sifted Site mixed bunch of finds

Helped a buddy dig some trash pits, an older one and a 40's one and found much of the usual stuff like a few Caldwell's bottles and a wick assembly.A reminder to all to check the knob wheel for info. The trigger guard is nice but I really like the transfer print shard. Anybody recognize the inset mark on the back? looks like AG.MEAS...I tried in vain to find something on it but think it may be an imported tile?? Thanks for lookin, vn

I found a trash dump by an old 1880s mill site the trash is from the 30 40s I found lots of old little bottles some with liquid in them some old figurines broken but cool lots of glass I still haven't dug it out not sure if its worth it thanks for the post sweet finds!!!!!!!!!!!!

If a trash pit had many years of usage, you might consider digging it out to see how old it goes. The older bottles may be down there.

Not a lot of value in these bottles. While I like finding a "hard to find" specimen, I am not in this for the money...if I was I would be no better off. As most diggers would say, we do it for the thrill,fun,and therapy of it.
