I can't get an edge on the signature...feel free to take a stab at it anyone.
The painting I think is watercolor, maybe gouache?
It's a still life of a vase with flowers on a table.
It's dated 1987 next to the signature and is understandably faded a bit.
Seems to have been dedicated to 'Stevan' in German, 'Fur Meine Freund' on 'May 15, 1990'.
The style reminds me of Matisse.
