SIGNED Devonshire (?) Etched (material unknown) - Fox hunting

I actually found this one at a yard sale in early June. Paid $2.

Frame measures 17" x 15".

Not sure what this is made of. When I tap on it, it sounds like plastic. I have attached a picture where I held it up to a light and the material is partially translucent.
