I personally suspect not hand signed, but could you possibly show a closer photo of the signature itself? It will likely reveal if its done by hand or not.

Agreed. It was a widely copied Fabian Bachrach portrait, and many had the signature applied/printed on them.

Pretty sure we researched a JFK signature on a letter a few years ago on here. I recall reading that the signature was often stamped on or even signed by a secretary. Close-up pics should tell the tale.
