Silver filigree broach

Hi folks, an average day digging yesterday until this beauty popped out. Possibly my best jewelry find to date. Can anyone tell me anything about it.

I can't find a single Hallmark nowhere.

Could be Russian , Scandinavian(Norway)or Spain - these are well known for filigree work . Difficult to date without hallmarks since this style has continued since the 18th c. at least . Nice find !

I can't see where there was any kind of pin attachment.
I looked it up on line and basket designs were pretty popular as brooches.
