I recently received this at my garage sale. A guy traded it to me for a belt buckle I had. I was wondering if anyone has any info on this coin or know what it might be worth. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

As for any Premium Above silver value, Depends on The Buyer.

It's really not a coin, it's what is referred to as a silver round.
