There was a thread a while back about making an app for foreign coin silver content. I can't find it now, but I down loaded the app and now its not working. Is there a web site that has the same info?

I really liked the app, "Silver Coin DB". It was started by someone on treasure net, but I can't remember who and I can't find the thread where it was discussed. It had an update a week or so ago and when I updated it, it quit working.
