Silver Cross

I found this silver cross at Indian Hills park maybe a mile from Assisi Heights. A nun might have lost this. And this old fishing reel. And this was not far away. I think a condom tin. Tin inside aluminum.
Any body knows what they are let me know. The cross looks like white stone and blue stone or plastic i cant tell.
