Silver finds!! And help identifying..

Last week I found this sterling baby spoon at an estate sale, got it for a dollar!! I did some research and found the hallmark to be Saart Bros. from the early 1900's.

Also, on Thursday I found this at goodwill! (For two dollars!)

It is marked Fisher sterling, and is slightly crushed. I've never seen anything like this before, and I can't find a matching one on eBay or in google images. Any ideas on what it is?

(Don't know why the pictures show out of order, must be iphone limitations, lol :P)
