Found this little silver beauty but not sure what it is. Appears to be a barette, clip or marker but none of those seem exactly right. scrolling on the front and monogram on the back. Apologies for the picture quality but any help identifying it is much appreciated. You guys are 100% successful on my identifications so far, so my expectation is high for an answer. :) Big thanks, Big luv and HH.

Look for maker or hallmarks on the inside of the engraved blades -
