I Had to work in the small town of McBain, MI today. It was about a 3 hour drive. I stopped at 5 banks along the way.
Bank # 1 had $4.50 in the teller tray, all clad.
Bank # 2 had $450 in customer wrapped rolls. $380 were in identical new wrappers, they appeared to be dumps, they produced 1 40%. The other 7 rolls were old looking and and of different types of wrappers. they looked promising, they contained all clad.
Bank # 3 had $40 in customer wrapped rolls they produce 2 90% and 5 40%, and 1 1970.
This was our first 1970 ever. We started searching halves in 2009 and have gone thru hundreds of boxes and thousands of customer wrapped rolls.
Bank # 4 had $8.00 in the teller tray.
Bank # 5 no halves.
We are getting two boxes of halves tomorrow, wish us luck.
Keep on Searching
