Need help identifying cool Coin Star find

I found this tonight when I went to by dog food. Anyone know what it is? It is very thin I think it is foreign.

It's a Belgium Belgium 50 centimes. Pretty awesome find!!!

Gordon - your coin is 83.5% silver so nic-a-date won't work. They made that coin in two languages, French and Dutch. There's enough showing on your example to differentiate. Zomotion was kind enough to include both examples in his note. Great find.
