✅ SOLVED Silver Hallmark Help?

Any ideas, I have looked and looked with no luck. It's 7 in. across and 1 1/2 high A horn of plenty is engraved on one side and monogrammed in script PAN on the other.

I just found this -- but it may be a help--

Elkington electroplate and silver plate: marks, hallmarks and date letter

ELKINGTON ELECTROPLATE SILVER AND SILVER PLATE

MARKS - HALLMARKS - DATE LETTERS

yeah, old school silver plate did do that, hallmarks in an attempt to appear to be silver...not to deceive, but to imitate.
