today hunted with some friends at at old homestead, got a 1918, and 1936 wheats, and also the 1929 Merc silver dime. Along edge of the cornfield I found the button it still has a bit of the gold color on it yet, sadly the back is missing, so IDing it will be about impossible.

We left there and went back to the farm where I dug the large cent last week, almost no signals left there, but I managed to find a 1937 wheat and a nice 1905 indian.

takes me to 92 silvers, and 39 indians for the season! :icon_thumleft:

Nice IH and Silver !! :icon_thumleft: :headbang:

Keep @ It and HH!! ;D :D

added a video in first post

anyone have an idea how old that button is?

Must have been an organic farmer. I don't see any fertilizer damage on those coins. Awesome finds. HH.........NGE

That Indian cleaned up nicely. Great presentation on the video, it adds so much to viewing others finds. :icon_thumright:

I am all for diversity, I love them Indians.

my gut feeling on the button is that it never had a back on it. I've dug alot of injuns over the years, but never one that looks that good out of a field! The old home site you speak of must not be being farmed.

Nice digs. Your soil sure treated the IH well. Don't get many looking like that around here. WTG.
HH, Mike
