Silver Makers Mark Mystery

I recently purchased a few items from an estate sale and thought I would check to see if anyone recognized this Makers Mark. I never buy silver or plated silver but this item just kind of caught my eye. Anyhow, any information you can share would be greatly appreciated.

those look engraved not stamped so I would say plate not sterling.

As a retired Jeweler...it sure looks like a silver plated item. Better picture would help.
