Silver Medalion with Celluloid Inserts ID Please?

Howdy all, My wife bought this necklace today at a thrift shop for $1. The medallion is 2 3/4 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide. Both the medallion and chain are marked sterling and there is a makers mark. Front has four cupids and two cupids are pulling on a wishbone. The strange thing is that it opens up with three celluloid pages inside. Would any of you know what this is and possibly age and maker? Thanks Steve

I actually looked at it and put it back down. My wife grabbed it and put it in her pile. That girl can SMELL silver! steve
