Silver & Relics on a 3hr hunt

Found a nice big old school yard a few towns away from where I work. Started finding wheats right off the bat :headbang: so I knew there had to be some silver in there somewhere. Then a deep loud high coin reading and I find both the dime and quarter in the same hole down 6inches  Then to my surprise this button comes in as a 5inch pulltab, it says CANAL DEVIEUX so im wondering if it has anything to do with the canal system nearby. After finding the button, I started concentrating on pulltab and nickel signals for a while. This kids ring rang in as another pulltab  a good keeper for my tin of trinkets, the comes a 43P war nickel  another nice keeper. 7 wheats in all, a 41merc and a 43 quarter.
a few other trinkets like a locker tag, a buckle and coat snap made it a very fun and interesting hunt,
Enjoy the pics,
Pro-
