I went out detecting for a couple hours after work tonight ~ I hate how it's getting dark earlier & earlier each day! I hit a park that I've several times in the past. today I dug a 1940-S Jefferson nickel, 1941 wheat cent, a good sized silver ring marked 925, a toy car, and about $3.00 in clad. I found a pop top from my early days ~ it reminded me as a kid growing up in the 1980's ~ "PEPSI FREE".

I don't remember it being "flat" ~ it just didn't taste as good as regular Pepsi to me!

Cool ring! I remember Pepsi Free, too. I didn't like it either...lol

Nice ring and I also hate how it gets dark early but that's the way it goes. Nice hunt. I remember the Pepsi Free also. It was so bad they should have given it away for free.

Dialogue from the movie "Back to The Future"...........

"What can i get you bud?"

"I'll take a pepsi free"

"I'll give you a pepsi but it aint gonna be free"

"OK, I'll have a tab"

"I can't start a tab unless you order something" .................

Seriously. Pepsi tastes terrible. And pepsi free tasted like stale pepsi.

I'm a coca-cola guy myself but to each his own. Thats a nice silver ring oddcoins. congrats! ;D
