Any ideas on this? It has a group of numbers on the one side. It has some beautiful designs on the other. It looks like a heart at the top and bottom and it is holed near the top (I assume the top). It came out in two pieces unfortunately. Looks to be silver plated maybe. A little bigger than a silver dollar would be and perhaps an eighth of an inch thick. Thanks!!!

Maybe top of a ladies compact or mirror. I'd bet the numbers relate to the model. It's possible if it is part of a compact that the other side also had marks, maybe 925 or sterling.

Part of a locket?

It seems to be a pocketwatch cover. I dug an intact silver pocketwatch which had a very similar deign on its cover. If I recall correctly from researching it, about 30 years ago, the 5-digit number is the serial number.
