Congrats on the silver, Joe, is it marked inside? Native American made or other? What type of area did you find it in? Sub 8-)

Congratz! But we need details....

Some back story would be nice ! That's a beautiful ring , looks like it was worn for many years before it was dropped . It may
well be Navajo made - in Arizona , or New Mexico .

Very nice,, that's a dark green turquoise.
Almost jade colored. Congrats

Funny, I looked with a mag., no mark! I guess hand made? I really don't know, but it is Silver.

I dug it at a Park near the Lake here in Cleveland. Was only 4-5" down. Still researching.

Better pics, I thought it looked hand - made? IMG_2014.webpIMG_2016.webpIMG_2018.webpIMG_2019.webp

Oh yeah , It's all hand made - first a bezel is made to fit the stone , it is then soldered down to the " back plate " along with the
ornamental bead wire (around the bezel ) the ring shank is formed and soldered to the underside of the back plate. Clean up ,
polish and set the stone . Nice find !

Congrats on those 2 nice finds. :occasion14: I bet both screamed to be rescued.

Nice!
Onyx is my favorite stone to find in silver, turquoise is a close second and that is a beauty.
