Weather Saturday and Sunday was ideal and figured the piles at work will never go away so why not do some detecting.

Saturday- went back to the old camp I hunted last weekend and hit the brush. It was thick, it was thorny and it wasn't easy but my efforts paid off. Besides the wheats and clad I got one quad, 3 mercs, a rosie and a silver bracelet.

Sunday- A special day as my brother (cheffer), my dad and I all got out. Dad lives down on Cape Cod so the three of us rarely all get out together. Super day with all of us getting silver/gold. Chef invited us to his field where he has been on fire. Today would not be any different. He walked away with a pocket of barbers and a nice gold charm. Dad ended up with 2 mercs and I got a SL quad and a seated dime.

here is my stuff for the weekend, less the wheats, clad, pull tabs, nails, foil............

Glad you guys played hookey and got out. What a gorgeous weekend. Just think the ground should be frozen by now, instead the flox are blossoming! Get out while you can. Very nice haul!
