The only silver nickels are the wartime nickels, 42-44 I think.

Halves: --1964 @ 90%, 1965-1970 @ 40%, 1976 some @ 40%
Dollars: --1904, 1921-1935 @ 90%

The war time nickels are 35% silver. They also produced regular nickels in 1942 as well. Silver war nickels have the mint mark on the reverse above the Monticello.
