This is a combination from the last 2 hunts. Its been hard hunting in this heat.. Just received a new permission today, spent a few hours there. They have 2 dogs that followed me around the whole time.
The funny thing is every hole I dug I was real careful to leave no trace I was there!
Well after a few holes I turned around and seen every hole I dug was dug back up???
I was like WHAT THE HELL, the dogs were digging them right back up..
I was yelling at them ,saying ( you guys are going to get me kicked out of here..lol
Well I told the owner and she just laughed and said the dig all the time..
Anyway, my favorite find is the shoes, and the buckle piece.
Enjoy the pics, and happy hunting.
Ps, iam also including A video.
Nothing great on it, but you can see some of my favorite finds from my last 2 years of detecting.

Nice recoveries George. I like the watch winder and the wavy button. The silvers are always a welcome sight, even if they aren't as old as you might prefer :laughing7:

Nice stuff george, I like your video too. Is that the place we tried that had the pond dredged, and what's that silver coin in the 2nd pic?

Man first Toms lunch and now this ya sure do make friends with the puppies. Glad you got to get out and make some finds despite the heat and finally give up on that silly dream of yours of finding 16-1700's coins and start finding that regular stuff like the rest of us. You know what I mean.

Great finds! Whats the denomination and date on the Swiss coin? That's a nice little addition there.

WOW Vino, awesome finds. I need a new permission like that!!

Seriously nice button. You and Bill always find the coolest buttons. The barber quarter is a welcome site. Great haul buddy.

Never seen a gilted wavy button quite like that one George. And congrats on that nice pile of silver although I'm sure you were disappointed they weren't 200 years older.

You never cease to amaze me. Awesome assortment of digs Vino. :notworthy:

No, not that spot. A new spot.
The coin is a 1947 1fr swiss coin.
Never seen one before, i thought it was a seated half dime. Lol.

I can say it wouldn't take much to fill those boots. :) Liking them for sure as they're something different, like the gold wash wave button.

Nice finds, I always did love finding those gilded buttons, that's what hooked me in the first place, "treble stand d calour" second day of detecting in a corn field in Greenwich NJ
