Nice trench art ring. Have you tested it to be sterling, or is it marked? Here is a brass version that recently sold for $40 on ebay.

That's how I knew it was trench art. I found a 1944 Naples ring a couple years ago. I love trench art because it's a connection to a soldier. Kinda like love tokens have a connection with loved ones.
