"Skunk" and then a Squirrel w/pic: rileyboy

Got a box of halves plus 20 shotgun rolls from a bank this morning. The box and SG rolls were all "Skunks". Feeling a little low, I stopped at a McDonald's to get my usual roast coffee and took it to my car to enjoy it with my morning cigar. While sitting in the warm car sippin' and puffin', there in front of my car is this squirrel on top of the garbage disposal trying to get inside for some food. I enjoyed watching the little guy, but felt sorrow for his struggle to eat. So I got out. He scampered away a little and watched as I opened the flap of the can and pulled out some leftover french fries and tossed them on the ground. Got back in the car to watch Mr. Squirrel chow down. And oh boy! did he. Needless to say, I enjoyed watching. Then remembered, "Give and thou shall receive". Hope my kindness makes next week a good one. Enjoy the pic.

Sorry to hear you got skunked, I guess the squirrel should be pretty good, he got "fried"!
In the end, it is all about taking care of folks (and our creature friends). There is plenty to go around!

I would have probably tossed my salad to the poor thing as well. Very nice pic. What did Rileyboy think? Left him at home?

That was, indeed, a very clear pic. I can see the french fries by the squirrel and trash can. I guess us ol' folks are learning a bit about technology. I still need updates and refreshers all the time. The kids at school always get a good chuckle. I remember when only NASA had computers--and they filled a building or two. I even remember "party lines" and phones in the hallways (one phone only in the house that weighted a ton) that had numbers that started with alpha! And, were only seven digits long! AKA: no area codes! Oh, those were the days!

PS: My grandaugher just got her first pup: A blue healer. She snipps at her heals! And, she sleeps with her every night. A bond it will be between a girl and her dog. Will post a pic, soon.
