Slow day

Headed down to the beach today. Weather was beautiful. Water wasn't too bad. I hunted in waist deep water. If it wasn't for the bottlecaps and bobby pins I wouldn't have found anything. I found $.38 in the little bit of dry sand that I hunted. I talked to 2 other hunters in the water and they were doing about as good as I was. Did I mention the weather?

Maybe next time. I am sure Lot of us have days like this but don't post them. I am one myself. Very new to Beach hunting, No Gold for me yet. Silver coins , Chains , But no Gold yet. Like George Jones will say Some dad my day will come..

slow days make the good days that much sweeter. Ive had a couple dry hunts myself, water is rough, and im stuck in the wet sand

Willy D, these days I remember well for finding just these type items and little else. When you are using a PI detector and digging these up from over a foot, any coin found is very welcome. Nice to see that junk is slowly being removed.
