Attached are photos of a small 2" diameter, 1.5" height Scandinavian silver bowl. Identifiable hallmarks are "39" and "H". There are also some other unidentifiable markings. Decorative marks along exterior. At one time someone told me they thought it was from Bergen. Any help is appreciated. Thank You.
