Snow disappeared and ground thawed

[2moshers]

Heavy rain and warm weather wiped out all the snow as well as thawing out the ground so managed to get out this afternoon to detect in a yard of a soon to be torn down home. Found 6 pennies, 1 dime, 1 quarter, a spool of wire, a stainless steel knife, a button, an old brass (might be silver?) eagle adornment, and a small die-cast Junkers (spelled JUNKRS on the wing) JU-88 Luftwaffe plane made in Singapore which I assume to be circa 1950-1960s. Any info on the eagle adornment or plane would be appreciated. Thanks!

After a little research it appears that the Eagle is from a US Army Officers cap circa WW2 or just after.
