Snow on the way...so I played in the mud

Not figuring much snow but figured it may be the beginning of the end for the season. It was fairly warm today but very wet.

I decided to play in the mud.



Not too shabby for a four hour walk.



Froggy's still looking for his lily pad.
Fishy, grabbed his new toy and for some reason, took right off!



ALL THOSE COINS!

And just *one* whole wheat toast!



I do believe that the Blingster is thinking hibernation.

Yep...." 'T is the season ". Its why I'm taking every opportunity. Before long I'll be forced into hibernation myself.

Ya know what I think is the absolute worst present to get for Christmas? At least in the colder climes? A metal detector! It just has to sit all winter!!

Nice hunt the woods can be easy digging in the winter if you ever get the itch to get out a little

Absolutely fantastic that you can still get out there and detect. My detector no longer knows who I am...

I see two of the 3 are happy with your gathered treasures! 2 out of 3 ain't bad!
Blingie will just have to hibernate in his treasure cave till something of his liking comes along.

We get much more snow and we'll be taking long naps.

I actually got my detector for Christmas one year. yes it's hard to wait till the ground is thawed, but I'd rather have it in my hands than wait till later to get it. Of course I had to wipe lot of drool off it, but it still works even now!
