Simple but very useful solar charger for my Etrac (other MD also).
This is a simple solar charger for 12v systems (8 'AA' Batteries) suitable for most hunters who want to extend their adventures on isolated areas where there is no A.C. outlets but sun light is available.
It uses a old 12v solar cell i had, apart from this item, there is no other hard-to-find components, it only use a few Resistors, Diodes and an Integrated circuit for Regulation purposes, here is the Schematic:
