So I get a box from the bank and all 50 rolls are solid uncirculated 1995p. Is there any resale value to these rolls or should I simply send them back into the wild? I'm not sure if I should jump for joy or be pissed with this box. I see some similar rolls being offered on EBay for up to $20 a roll but that doesn't mean that is their true value since people are selling and buying unsearched rolls for way too much on eBay. I thought about contacting a local coin shop to see if they would offer a premium over the $10 value per roll. Anyone else deal with this or have suggestions on what to do with them?

Keep a few rolls and use them for tips. Bartenders and waitresses love them.
You'll be a hero. Also you may want to save a few for presents at Christmas and
birthdays. Just a thought.

I would put one roll aside for keeps.

The rest, I would carry along on cold calls to banks. When the say we only have xx rolls and need to keep them for business customers, offer to trade unopened rolls for unopened rolls. Explain that you know the ones you have are all uncirculated and you want to search through circulated coins for older/key dates and errors.

I have yet to encounter that situation with halves..

I've heard it a few times. I think it is just the brush off line they use around here. That's why it would be fun to pull out some sealed rolls and call their bluff.

I'd open them all and check for mint errors, specifically clipped planchets, or blank planchets.

You are absolutely searching the same bank or area as my relative. On top of the similar awesome results that you posted back in August, he just got 4 solid boxes of 1995 halves last week.

I would check for errors as well. Other than that, I'd dump them all. Good luck, maybe you'll find a cool error.

That is pretty neat but probably not worth all that much. I would definitely put a few rolls aside and search the rest. Like others said, you might find an error and then it would be worth a premium because of the perfect condition.

Another option... Look through them all & if u find any that might grade ms68, send them into pcgs to get graded. U could get $1000 for an ms68 on eBay from someone putting together a registry set of JFKs. Just a thought.
