Hello everyone, I recently purchased a large collection of WWI, WWII and earlier buttons for $20 from an estate. There were over 600 of them (mostly WWI and WWII). I have pictured the most interesting ones here. 3 flat buttons, 3 animal buttons, 16 P.O.D buttons and 1 japanese(?) symbol. Can anyone help with the P.O.D buttons or the animal buttons? I know the P.O.D. stands for "Post Office Department" but I was wondering of their age and value. All of them are marked "Superior Quality" on the back. Also, does anyone know anything about these animal buttons? Age? Value? Use? They are marked "Treble Rich/Standard" on the back. Thanks and HH!
