These were taken with my camera then retaken with my cell phone at a different location. Not the whole Trail obviously, just select photos. Hope you enjoy. P.S. I need assistance figuring out where to go from the last picture if anyone is interested in helping. Thanks! P.S.S. (@#$%&* old age) Do not use my pictures in anyway without my permission. Thanks again.

Get a tripod lol. Most folks wont have a clue what they are looking at. What lead you to this place, or did you just wander on to it?

I didn't have a clue myself until I found the square with the cross. Lol Then I started researching and my eyes were opened.

Hello Casca, Hapitris Looks to me that your last picture is an intersection the road goes both ways. Is that a duck's head sitting on top. Because of the square features on some of your photos what you may have is a map showing settlers square league and I count 10 total, 2 rows of 5 if it is you may have an area 5 miles X 12.5 miles, should be water nearby

Thanks dsty. From a different angle it looks more like a turtle. I will definitely keep in mind possibility of a duck. This stone was approximately 2 feet underground. I can't get a picture directly straight down on it. (Unless I climb a tree, humm) it's about five feet from tip-to-tip. It has a carved triangle and a notched out square on southeastern tip. Also a few other markings.

There are 2 streams. One is about 100 yards due south, the other is about 50 yards north. The north west point goes directly back to the grouping of stones in pictures 3, 9, 13 etc. If you look closely you will see the signs and a "flipper" trap there. The other point goes to another area I'm investigating. I have found another turtle with no tail or limbs in the same area. This location is in the Appalachian Mountains, these streams have been here for a long time, judging from the erosion and paths. I will try to get more pictures of the markings on the lrg stone tomorrow. The triangle (on lrg stone) is 7" on outside, groved into 4" on inside. Hope that makes since. Thank you again.

Basically right time and place for once.8-)

Hi Dsty, he has a vault. Beginners luck lol.

I have reason to believe there are two cashes. ( I would be extremely happy with one ) In your opinion is this a cap stone and should I dig under or remove it ? Sorry I haven't taken more pictures yet. I work weird hours and haven't got the chance to go back out yet. Thanks for y'alls help.

Hello Casca, You nailed it on top, The settlers square seems to have a vault at the N.E. corner, What I had figured is that it was kinda like a store where the settlers could get supplies and get them replenished every so often. The ones that was put there by the Kings Men ( Royal Trail ) Kept the Gold Jewels, Different trails and everything. The settlers vault that I found Was marked with symbols in the NE corner of a 5 square league X 5 square league, It was on the south bank of the Red River, it had a waist high size egg with a 10 inch size that had a head that looked east to the vault and west that looked to the settlers league them turned back south for another 5 leagues to the South West corner when it give the info ---- 5 backward 7's which turned you back to the East, then at each location ( ne corner ) indicated to go north back to the Red River. At the cross and back west which was the north line of the settlers square the corners were missing marks at times except for the corners. Don't give up, they are there, Nothing is left the American settlers / surveyors possibly found some of the vaults that kept the tools and such. Its really a challenge to follow the trails, load's of fun.

It's a set of lips with a crackline giving a direction to go to find the entrance. It's a final marker they wanted to find to measure from. It's got a small duckhead with an X on top of the lips ,it's probably indicating the distance. Not the X, but the duckhead sometimes can indicate a distance number. Go look up dign4it's gemetria codes, he was right on a few things.

I'm having loads of fun. I've followed this trail for 3 years. I'm still in awe at what these guys could do with stone and hidden meanings. It really is amazing, masterful. Am I understanding you correctly, that you feel this leads to a settlers vault? Not a Spanish one? It would still be cool to find the actual spot even if that turns out to be the case. 8-)

I never would have thought about lips (was thinking crown lol), wow thanks! I've read quite a few of Dign4its' threads. Mostly on another site. I read your post and searched for the post you mentioned but didn't' have any luck yet. Thank you for helping.8-)

Just google his name along with the word duck. Just get the number out of it, forget about most of the rest of the stuff he said.

Thank you much!

Hello Hapitrils, First thing might be to make sure of what you have located, go 189.5 feet, North, South, East and West, I'm saying 90 180 270 360 with just a couple of degrees variation, there should be something at one of those location, if not then choose one and follow it 1/4 mile keep on the magnet direction that you choose that's one of the things you can use to verify,( distance and direction ) if its a settlers square league, it takes time and patience, They did use distance so don't give up, 25 miles was a days walk to them. When you find a yard then the degrees will change, Use the compass heading that they used, There's several units of measurements that they used, if you locate a trail, the markers you find point the direction,

Thanks dusty! I will definitely be following your advice and taking many more hiking trips. I have some business to attend to, it will be about a week and a half before I can get to it unfortunately. I'll be going through my camera and posting more pictures on here during that time.

Hapitrs, My thoughts are that because all of the degrees / distances reference back to London England is that my guess is that the English done the survey work, The Jesuit Priest, The Vikings was involved, and possibly, the Portgual and every other country contributed the settlement of the Amercia.

I still have a lot to learn. If it is not too much trouble can you explain to me the english connection to the site. Thanks dsty Darn it I don't know why some of the pictures turned out sideways LOL

It turns out that 90 some% of dign4its' posts have been deleted by some evil person somehow. If he has recovered them yet I have not found them. I'm really bummed about that. According to his post he is finished with Treasure sites so they may never be posted again. :sadsmiley: I will definitely keep looking for the answers thank you again.
